Ingredients
3cupscauliflower florets
3cupsradish cut into wedges
2tbspolive oilextra virgin
3cloves garlicminced
1tbspumami powder(flavor enhancer)
salt and pepper to taste
⅓cupAsiago cheese (see notes)fine grated
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Toss the cauliflower, radish wedges, garlic, and umami powder with the olive oil.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Roast at 425° on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20 - 25 minutes
When the veggies are fork-tender sprinkle with the asiago cheese and serve.
