- 3 cups cauliflower florets
- 3 cups radish cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp umami powder (flavor enhancer)
- salt and pepper to taste
- ⅓ cup Asiago cheese (see notes) fine grated
Preheat oven to 425°
Toss the cauliflower, radish wedges, garlic, and umami powder with the olive oil.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Roast at 425° on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20 - 25 minutes
When the veggies are fork-tender sprinkle with the asiago cheese and serve.
