Unicorn Strawberry Milkshake – is a fun and easy dessert for a unicorn-themed party or hot summer day treat. If you are making it for a kid’s party purchase small plastic parfait glasses and use them instead of the large soda fountain glasses. These large glasses hold 2 cups. That’s a lot of milkshakes for a kid to consume. For more ideas your kids are going to love, check out this Snickerdoodle Ice Cream Sandwiches recipe.

What do I need for a Unicorn Strawberry Milkshake?
You will need ice cream, milk, frozen strawberries, and strawberry jelly to make this unicorn creation1
For the topping, you need about a cup of stabilized whipping cream, unicorn sprinkles, a Twizzler, and a rainbow sour fruit candy.
How do I make the Unicorn Strawberry Milkshake?
- Make the stabilized whipped cream(click here for a how-to)and put it in a pastry bag that has a medium star tip attached.
- Add the ice cream, milk, and frozen strawberries to a blender. Blend until the consistency of a thick milkshake. You will need a powerful blender like a blend-tec, vita-mix, or ninja.
- Soften the strawberry jelly by microwaving it for a few seconds. Then drizzle the softened jelly down the sides of the glass to form ribbons of strawberry jelly.
- Pour the ice cream into the dessert/soda fountain glass. If you are using the small plastic glassed, the recipe will make about 6-8 servings.
- Top with the whipped cream and Unicorn Sprinkles and a piece of Twizzlers that you “wrapped” with the sour fruit rainbow.
- Add a straw and serve, Yum.
